About Us

Founded in 2002, DOCEFRUTA started manufacturing and marketing fruit pulps. In 2008, the company invested in a Spray Drying Equipment and started in the market of Dried juices/pulp powder, introducing vegetables and herbal extracts in its portfolio, as well. 

Since then, DOCEFRUTA has substantially grown, and have the strategy of continuously invest and improve its structure and processes, meeting specific needs of each customer. The company benefits and processes fruits and herbs from different regions of Brazil, including the Amazon. Our supply chain strategy includes long term partnership with suppliers who follow principles of sustainability and cares for the local population (fair trade). Besides that, DOCEFRUTA follows good manufacturing practices and has recieved HACCP, FSSC 22000 and Organic Certifications.

The Docefruta Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Alimentícios Ltda’s values are, among others, People and the Enviroment. The integrity of our employees is assurance by the managing health risks and occupational safety, through identification, assessment and control.

•  LEADERSHIP: act to preserve the employees, providers and visitors’ health and safety, as well as protect the environment in these areas, promoting favorable conditions and safe and responsible behaviour, with productivity and efficiency process, encouraging everyone’s participation to eliminate the danger and risk reduction.

•  EMPLOYEES: prioritize your health and safety, as well as of your colleagues and other people in your  work environment, and care for the environment through sustainable practices, respecting the environmental and safety measures.

•  POLICY'S TEAM: always act as support in preventive guidelines for the employees, providers and visitors and provide technical support to the managers, as well as establishing awareness and training procedures programs.

Food Safety Management Policy

Docefruta's objective is to provide dehydrated powdered products and services through drying technologies that add value to our customers. 

With this, our Policy meets the requirements of the Food Safety Management System by promoting continuous improvement of processes through sustainable development, valuing human beings and ethical behavior, and making essential commitments to achieve increasing levels of business excellence. We communicate the policy to all employees and interested parties.
